We offer complete turnkey service, or if you prefer, a cost plus arrangement; from initial design to completion. Our system is flexible, if you have pre-selected an architect, we are happy to coordinate your efforts with your design professional.

Step 1: We Follow Your Dream

First, we'll listen. In order to build the home that you desire, we need to know your vision. What is it that you always wanted in a home? Your ideas, tastes and dreams will serve as our beacon.

Step 2: We Learn About Your Life

Using a Botsko Builders lifestyle process, we will ask you to recreate your family's daily routine, and record the details on a form that we provide. This will create your floor plan, and a home that fits your unique lifestyle.

Step 3: We Create the Plans

You will talk with our design team, or show and review a plan that you may have already commissioned. We will review, discuss, and refine. Very soon, you will have your initial plan, and we will work together to fine tune and enhance it until you are completely satisfied.

Step 4: You Select the Details
We will work closely with you and provide an early time frame that allows you to make the selections you will need throughout the building process. If you have an existing relationship with a designer; we will gladly work with them. To minimize the hold-ups and reduce costs, we make sure that every detail is accounted for, so that decisions are made efficiently and correctly.

Step 5: We Execute the Plan

At this stage we want you to relax and enjoy the experience of creating your dream home. Botsko Builders Inc will manage the complicated aspects of making the dream plan on paper, a reality. Our passion for detail, and our logical construction sequence, will provide assurance of a smooth process from start to finish.

Of course, we will keep you fully informed at every stage. We want you to visit the building site as often as you like, or if you prefer, you can delegate the whole process to us with total peace of mind.
