Tony joined Botsko Builders in July 1995. He has more than 30 years of experience in residential construction and more than 20 years of experience in CAD design. He started building houses with his dad and brothers when he was 16; "we did it all" and "it's all I've ever known," he will tell you. Approximately 70 to 80 percent of BBI custom homes are designed with the customer's input and drawn in-house. In his free time Tony enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Jennifer helped establish Botsko Builders Inc. 25 years ago and in 2023, stepped into the role of CEO following Mark’s retirement. She earned her degree in Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and brings both strategic insight and leadership to the company. Jennifer oversees daily operations while also maintaining her Affiliate Broker’s license as part of the real estate team, continuing her long-standing commitment to growth and excellence at Botsko Builders.
Shane is a Partner and Principal Broker of Botsko Properties Inc., a full service residential real estate company. Shane joined Botsko Builders in June 2008 after representing their product for the previous three years at Fairvue Plantation. A graduate of Belmont University, Shane has more than 20 years of outside sales experience, having previously worked for Phillips Builders and Weyerhaeuser.
